Link to Ongoing Tales

I love a good fairy tale, and the older they are, the better! I recently found this wonderful site called 'Ongoing Tales' that has many of the old versions of favorite tales... no Disney princesses here!

Vintage Sewing Books!!

I found this site by accident one day and LOVE it! There are complete vintage sewing texts that cover all sorts of topics. The books date from 1893 & later, and more are being added all the time! (There are even books on making hats and gloves!!)

A GREAT site for long hair styles!!

People recognize me all the time by my long hair, but sometimes I'd really like to do something NEW with it, you know?! This site is GREAT! There are all sorts of styles to try, and they're on real people with long hair - not mannequins and not models who have access to $$$$ salons either!"

My FAVORITE fabric store!

I love fabric! And this place sells the best linens for the BEST prices!

Home School Legal Defense Association

The Home School Legal Defense Association is a great resource for anyone considering homeschooling. Consider joining, especially with what's happening to homeschool families in California right now!

The School of Abraham website

The School of Abraham website is owned and managed by a friend of mine, Marji Meyers. The system she teaches for homeschooling is wonderful - I just wish I had known about it a lot sooner!

This is one of Vicky's favorite places! She has 2 Webkinz horses that she plays with here.
